CONDOLENCE books have been placed in nine locations across Trinidad and Tobago so that persons can pay tribute to former energy minister Franklin Khan.
A media release by the People’s National Movement (PNM) on Thursday stated that the books will remain open to the public until the day after the funeral is held.
The locations for the books are: PNM South Regional Office, Navet Street, San Fernando, PNM Central Regional Office, Corner Chrissie Terrace and Southern Main Rd, Chaguanas, Office of the MP – Toco/Sangre Grande, Toco Main Road, Sangre Grande, MP’s Office – Port-of-Spain South, Corner Methuen and French Streets, Woodbrook, MP’s Office – Point Fortin, Techier Main Rd, Point Fortin, Tunapuna Piarco Regional Corporation Administrative Building, Centenary Street, Tunapuna, Campbell’s NP Service Station, Mayaro, PNM Moruga/ Tableland Constituency Office, St. Mary’s Village Moruga Road, Moruga and PNM Campaign Headquarters, Caroline Building, Pumpmill, Scarborough, Tobago.
At most of those locations, the condolence book will be available to the public, Mondays to Fridays during the hours of 9am to 3pm.
One more Port-of-Spain location is expected to be open to the public on Monday.
The PNM stated that all Covid-19 protocols will be observed at the locations.
