TRINIDAD Petroleum Holdings Limited (TPHL) has announced a new board of directors.
On Thursday, TPHL listed the names of the appointees for five of its subsidiary companies following reconstitution by the Government.
Michael Quamina was selected as chairman for three companies and Newman George heads two.
There were five newly appointed members: Dr Fayad Ali, Vincent Bartholomew, Everard Bennett, Avie Chadee and Marlon George.
Chairman of TPHL Board of Directors Michael Quamina said: “The new appointees bring a wealth of experience not only in the oil and gas sectors, but also finance, sustainable energy and other industries. Their contributions at the respective boards will support the strategic direction of TPHL and its subsidiary companies”.
TPHL stated it will continue to operate safe, reliable and efficient companies that will generate significant value to Trinidad and Tobago.
