SIX people have died of Covid-19 in the past week.
The Ministry of Health stated in its latest update (#1,248), for the period April 5, 2023 to April 11, 2023, there were 100 new positive cases.
The six deaths were four elderly men and two elderly women, five of whom had multiple comorbidities. One person had a single comorbidity.
The ministry also stated that 174, 734 boosters have been administered while 51.3% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.
