TRINIDAD and Tobago has received 5,760 doses of the Pfizer Comirnaty Covid -19 vaccines.
The vaccines arrived at 7.20 am on Thursday, a result of a donation from the Government of Greece facilitated through the COVAX facility, the Ministry of Health stated in a media release.
The ministry stated that the vaccines were suitable for individuals 12 years and older and encourages those who have not yet been vaccinated or boosted to visit the selected health facilities where they will be available to obtain one.
The Pfizer vaccines will become available from July 12.
The ministry also advised of the availability of the following Covid-19 vaccines:

SinoPharm Covid -19 Vaccines- 18 years and over (Expiring – September 13, 2023)

Johnson and Johnson– Covid-19 Vaccines- 18 years and over (Expiring – July 31, 2023)

Pfizer Covid-19 vaccines – 12 years and over (Expiring-September 30, 2023)
