SINCE the Covid-19 pandemic started last year, more than half a million people in Trinidad and Tobago have been tested for the coronavirus.
This was revealed by the Ministry of Health on Christmas Day. It also reported 20 more Covid-19 deaths and 420 new cases taken from samples during the period December 21 to 24.
While 70,045 patients have recovered, the ministry reported that 500,624 people have been tested. Out of that number 89,364 have been positive.
