FIVE more people died of Covid-19 on Monday.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,112), noted that there were 96 new positive cases.
The five deaths are two elderly men, one elderly woman and two middle-aged men
Three persons had multiple comorbidities and two persons had a single comorbidity.
The ministry also stated that 160,064 boosters have been administered while 50.9% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Boosters administered: 160,064
Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 15, 292 or 81%, while 3, 576 or 19% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021, to June 1, 2022.

January: 535 deaths, 19, 650 cases
February: 224 deaths, 16, 218 cases
March: 122 deaths, 10,096 cases
April: 75 deaths, 9,622 cases
May: 88 deaths, 13, 717 cases
June 1: 2 deaths, 206 cases;
June 2: 3 deaths, 397 cases;
June 3: 5 deaths, 254 cases;
June 4: 5 deaths, 315 cases;
June 5: 6 deaths, 93 cases;
June 6: 5 deaths, 96 cases.
