FIVE persons have died due to Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago .   

In its latest update (#866) on Sunday, the Ministry of Health reported 159 new Covid-19 cases taken from samples during the period September 29 to October 2.

Deaths: 1,505   

Patients in hospital: 286   

Patients in step-down Facilities: 61

Patients in home isolation: 3,711   

Total persons vaccinated with 1st dose of a Two Dose Regime: 581,504   

Total persons vaccinated with 2nd dose of a Two Dose Regime: 488,131    

Total persons vaccinated with a Single Dose Regime: 20,174  

Total persons with a Completed Vaccination Regime: 508,305
