FOUR people died of Covid-19 on the first day of September.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,199), noted that there were 102 new positive cases.
Three persons had multiple comorbidities and one person had no known comorbidity.
The ministry also stated that 168, 246 boosters have been administered while 51.2% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 16, 129 or 79.9%, while 4, 062 or 20.1% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021, to August 17, 2022.
