THREE elderly men and three elderly women died of Covid-19 on Sunday.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1,111), noted that there were 93 new positive cases.
Of the six persons who died, five had multiple comorbidities and one person had a single comorbidity.
The ministry also stated that 160, 064 boosters have been administered while 50.9% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.

Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 15, 292 or 81%, while 3, 576 or 19% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021, to June 1, 2022.

March: 122 deaths, 10,096 cases
April: 75 deaths, 9,622 cases
May: 88 deaths, 13, 717 cases
June 1: 2 deaths, 206 cases;

June 3: 5 deaths, 254 cases;
June 4: 5 deaths, 315 cases;
June 5: 6 deaths, 93 cases.
