THREE more Covid-19 deaths are reported on Tuesday in Trinidad and Tobago.
The Ministry of Health in its latest update (#1036) on Tuesday reported 251 new positive cases.
The ministry also stated that 143,335 boosters have been administered while 50.5% of the population of Trinidad and Tobago is fully vaccinated.
The three deaths included:
- 1 elderly man
- 1 elderly woman; and
- 1 middle aged woman.
All three persons had multiple comorbidities which included diabetes and hypertension.

Patients in the parallel healthcare system who were not fully vaccinated were 13,992 or 82.6%, while 2,948 or 17.4% were fully vaccinated based on data from July 22, 2021 to March 16, 2022.
