THREE young boys have been placed under the care of The Children’s Authority following a social media video showing the children being threatened.
Following an intensive investigation, officers of the Special Victims Department of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) arrested a 43-year-old man from Marac Village, Moruga in connection with the video.
The video showed a man threatening a child with a knife.
The police in a media release on Thursday said, “The TTPS remains committed to the protection of all citizens, especially vulnerable children, and takes incidents of child endangerment seriously. We urge anyone with information on similar matters to contact 999, 555, or the nearest police station.”
