A 3.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded 80 km Northeast of Scarborough on Thursday.
The University of the West Indies (UWI) Seismic Research Centre reported the earthquake occurred around 10.48 am.
It was located at latitude -11.59N, longitude, 60.14W and a depth of 66 km.
The tremor was also felt 164 km North East of Arima, and 178 km South, South West of Bridgetown, Barbados.
