THE Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) is seeking the urgent assistance of the public in locating 16-year-old, Chelsea Joseph.
The teen, of Powder Magazine, Cocorite, was last seen on Monday. She was reported missing to the St James Police Station the same day.
Chelsea is of African descent, brown in complexion, and approximately five feet tall, with a braided hairstyle.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Chelsea Joseph is asked to call the St. James Police Station at 622-3695 or 800-TIPS or contact the police at 555, 999, 911, or any police station.
