FOURTEEN more deaths have been recorded due to Covid-19 in Trinidad and Tobago on Thursday.
In its latest update #744, the Ministry of Health stated that the death toll in Trinidad and Tobago now stood at 537.
The 14 deaths included:
- One elderly man without comorbidities:
- Six elderly men with comorbidities:
- Five elderly women with comorbidities;
- One middle-aged man with comorbidities; and
- One middle-aged woman with comorbidities.
The ministry reported 546 new cases in the last 24 hours taken from samples during the period May 27 to June 2.
There were more than 9,800 people in self isolation.
