SAN FERNANDO – SIRI Vadlamudi of Grant Memorial Presbyterian School in San Fernando has topped the 2019 Secondary Assessment Examination. Her first choice is Naparima Girls’ High School. She starts in the new school term in September. The announcement was made by Minister of Education Anthony Garcia this morning at the primary school at Coffee Street in San Fernando.

Siri’s parents are from India and her father is a medical doctor. She said she wants to follow in her father’s footsteps and also become a doctor. Some 18,849 students were eligible to write the SEA exam. The top three students were all from schools in South Trinidad.

The Second highest scoring student is Megan Ramoutar of the San Fernando TML Primary.
And third is Manasseh Mohammed of Canaan Presbyterian.
